At Leavos, we strive to ensure that you love every piece you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect items,
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us – Email us le.leavos@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 75 111 222 09 with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Approval & Shipping – Once approved, ship the item back to our address (shipping costs may apply).

Reimbursement Timeline:
After receiving the returned product, we will process the reimbursement within 3 working days. - Processing – Upon inspection, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as per your request.
Important Notes
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Reverse Shipping Cost:
The customer is responsible for the reverse shipping cost when returning an item. We will reimburse the amount equivalent to the reverse shipping cost via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) once we receive the product.(We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.) -
Proof of Courier Receipt:
A valid proof of courier receipt must be provided to initiate the reimbursement process. This helps us ensure proper tracking of the return. - Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe:
Once your order is placed, cancellations will no longer be entertained.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
If your order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, returns are still possible.
Service Provider Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds or Cancellations: For services provided by third-party companies, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained once payment is made.
Order Cancellation:
SS reserves the right to cancel orders if there are significant delays or shipping issues. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
